Famous Female Serial Killers - Aileen Wuornos

It would be impossible to talk about women without talking to serial killers Aileen Wuornos (pictured above), Florida-based killer and prostitute who murdered seven Johns in 1989-1990 and whose later work was listed in documentaries and movies. He had a phenomenal rotten childhood: he allegedly was beaten and raped, and she conceived at 13 after a stranger assaulted her, and she later gave birth to a baby and was placed up for adoption. He started turning tricks at 15, when he was kicked out of his house. His tragic life pretty much grown since. When small crimes and arrests, he continued with a prostitute, killing her first john, 51-year-old Richard Mallory, in November 1989, what he later claims was self-defense. He killed a number of other men, and he was finally caught after a minor accident while driving one of his victim's cars. He was executed in October 2002.

Wuornos was declared dead at 9:47 ET, said Sterling Ivey, a spokesman for Florida Department of Corrections. Wuornos, called "The Highway Hooker" and "Damsel of Death", admitted he killed six middle-aged men in 1989 and 1990, attracting some of them posing as a stranded motorist is in north central Florida highways. Florida state attorney John Tanner, who blame the Wuornos case, said after seeing the implementation of that Wuornos' actions were "not very different from the current cause of death in the DC area."

"She killed seven men in cold blood," said Tanner. "He did not premeditate the killing of an individual. He had a pattern, and he took the opportunity to targets ... just the one that happened to her on the path that he chose to kill." Wuornos matter of books, movies and even operas. In time, he apologized to his victims' families. But last year - a decade on death row - Wuornos volunteered the death penalty, said he will kill again. "It makes no sense to save," he said in July 2001. "It's a waste of taxpayers' money."

Wuornos' final statement was a strange mix of religion and science fiction: "I would just like to say I'm sailing with the Rock and I will return to" Independence Day "with Jesus, June 6, like the movie, big mother ship and all. I will come back," Wuornos said
